Senior Staff Applications

Each Senior Staff is a five-person leadership team — a Project Manager, two Experience Managers, an Operations Manager, and a Registration & Communications Manager — responsible for delivering one Retreat from onboarding through post-program debrief.

Georgia College Retreat
September 24 – 27, 2026
Texas College Retreat
October 22 – 25, 2026
Why senior staff?

More than a planning gig.

Senior Staff is the closest seat at the table for shaping a Retreat — and the leadership experience of running a national-scale program with a small team. Three things every Senior Staff walks away with:

Give back

Shape a weekend that helps others feel seen, supported, and connected to the community — the same kind of experience that may have mattered to you.

Meet people who get it

Join a team of college seniors and young professionals across both Retreats and build friendships that outlast the program.

Build skills for what's next

Practice project management, team leadership, and real-time problem solving you can carry into your next seva, internship, or career step.

Roles & responsibilities

Senior Staff are onboarded in July. Expect 4–5 hours/week until late-August, then 6–8 hours/week, scaling up in the final two weeks before the program.
