Senior Staff
- Five-person leadership team per Retreat
- Roles: PM, two Experience Managers, OM, and RCM
- 10-week commitment from onboarding through debrief
- Open to college seniors and young professionals

Mentors
- College seniors and young professionals
- Deliver content, support program operations, and guide participants
- 1 mentor for every 5 participants
- Three virtual trainings (up to 90 min each) before the program
- On-site by 11 AM Friday for walkthrough & training
- Financial assistance available via CJISP

- First- and second-year Ismaili undergraduates
- Eligibility tied to your region and assigned site
- Applications-based — we balance schools, cities, and gender, with preference to freshmen
- Each student may attend College Retreat only once
- Financial assistance available via CJISP
Code of Conduct · key points
What to expect on site.
- No drugs, alcohol, tobacco, or paraphernalia — on site or in transit.
- No bullying, harassment, or sexual misconduct of any kind.
- 1 AM back-to-cabins. You may not enter a cabin that isn't your own.
- Phones and laptops away during all three content sessions and town halls.
- All three content sessions and the town hall are mandatory.
A note on fees & financial aid
A program fee covers lodging, meals, programming, and ground transportation from designated cities. Financial assistance is available for both the fee and transportation costs through CJISP — the same process used for AKYSB summer camps. Questions? Email team@ysbcollegeretreat.org.
